Giannis and Jokic top list of latest NBA 2K26 ratings

Giannis Antetokounmpo (Milwaukee Bucks), Nikola Jokic (Denver Nuggets), and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (Oklahoma City Thunder) share the highest player rating of 98 in the upcoming NBA 2K26 video game. This marks Antetokounmpo's third time achieving the top rating in the last four editions, and his 98 rating is also a new personal best, surpassing his previous 97.

Following the top-rated trio, Luka Doncic and LeBron James (both Los Angeles Lakers) are tied at 96. Stephen Curry (Golden State Warriors), Jayson Tatum (Boston Celtics), and Anthony Davis (Dallas Mavericks) each received a rating of 95.

Victor Wembanyama is rated 94, alongside Anthony Edwards (Minnesota Timberwolves) and Donovan Mitchell (Cleveland Cavaliers). Kevin Durant (Houston Rockets), Joel Embiid (Philadelphia 76ers), Jalen Brunson, and Karl-Anthony Towns (New York Knicks) are rated 93. Kyrie Irving, Ja Morant, Cade Cunningham, and Evan Mobley round out the listed players with a rating of 92.

The game, the 27th annual installment in the series since 1999, is scheduled for release on multiple consoles on September 5, 2024, with early access options starting August 29. Enhancements in NBA 2K26 focus on increased realism in dribbling and movements, along with the introduction of brand new playing modes.
