The 2025 Copa América Feminina will include all 10 CONMEBOL member nations: Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, Ecuador, Argentina, Bolivia, Venezuela, Peru, Chile, and Colombia. Hosted in Ecuador, the tournament begins with group stage matches on July 11 and concludes with the championship final on August 2.

Beyond competing for the continental title, teams will vie for qualification spots in the 2027 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru. Brazil enters as the heavy favorite, having won eight of the previous editions, while Colombia and Venezuela are noted as strong challengers. Eleven players from the NWSL will represent their national teams during the competition.
