Juventus goalkeeper Mattia Perin is expected to leave the club this summer in search of a more prominent playing role. Perin, relegated to the backup position again last season behind new first-choice Michele Di Gregorio despite solid performances in limited appearances, is reportedly attracting interest from clubs like Fenerbahce, Milan, and Bologna.
With Perin's anticipated departure, Juventus is actively seeking a new second-choice goalkeeper. According to reports, the club is considering re-signing Emil Audero, a product of their own youth academy. Audero, now 28, was previously a third-choice keeper at Juventus before leaving in 2017.
Audero established himself at Sampdoria and was on loan at Inter last season as backup to Yann Sommer. He joined newly promoted Como last summer but was loaned to Palermo in January after failing to secure a place. He has now returned to Como, where his contract runs until 2028, but is unlikely to stay beyond this summer. Audero has represented Italy at youth levels but recently made his senior debut for Indonesia after acquiring a passport.
