Reports conflict regarding PSG's interest. Josué Cassé states Rodrygo is not on PSG's radar, while Florian Plettenberg also dismissed Tottenham Hotspur as a destination. Despite this, Plettenberg noted that both Liverpool and PSG are closely monitoring Rodrygo's situation, with PSG actively seeking a top young winger but any potential move dependent on the window's developments.

The Athletic reported that Manchester City informed Tottenham they will not sell Savinho, considering the matter closed. This development reduces the number of potential suitors for Rodrygo.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reported on Monday that Manchester City was considering a move for Rodrygo as several players, including Jack Grealish (already gone), James McAtee, and Savinho, were expected to leave. City viewed Rodrygo as a dream signing, with Pep Guardiola being a major admirer.
