Liverpool: Rio Ngumoha sees Mohamed Salah as a role model

Young English talent Rio Ngumoha, originally from Nigeria, has discussed his initial experiences training with Liverpool's senior team. He specifically highlighted Egyptian star Mohamed Salah as a significant role model.

Ngumoha, who recently trained with the first team for the first time and featured in a friendly against Preston North End, described the experience as living a childhood dream. He stated that training with "the best team in the world," even at his young age, is incredible and allows him to learn from and measure himself against the senior players.

He emphasized that Mohamed Salah was one of his role models growing up, making it "really great" to learn from him directly. Ngumoha praised the professionalism of the senior squad, noting their constant focus on football, recovery, and details like healthy eating, which provides valuable lessons for younger players.
