FC Barcelona has officially confirmed that goalkeeper Aron Yaakobishvili has left the club on loan to join FC Andorra in La Liga 2.
The agreement, reached between Barcelona and Andorra, sees Yaakobishvili loaned until June 30, 2026.
Yaakobishvili, a product of Barcelona's La Masia academy, becomes the second goalkeeper from the academy to depart on loan recently, following Ander Astralaga.
He joined Barcelona in 2018 from Atletic Sant Just's youth ranks.
The 19-year-old was a key player in Barça Juvenil A's treble-winning season last year under Juliano Belletti, securing the Division de Honor, Copa del Rey, and UEFA Youth League titles.
He made his debut for Barcelona's reserve team, Barça Atletic, in September last year and played three times for them.
While he could have competed for the starting goalkeeper position at Barça Atletic in the Spanish fourth tier next season, he will instead play for Andorra (owned by Gerard Piqué) in the second division.
