Transfer news live as Arsenal agree Gyokeres deal & Man Utd offer 'ready'

With seven weeks remaining in the transfer window, Premier League clubs are active. Liverpool secured Florian Wirtz in a record deal, alongside full-backs Jeremie Frimpong and Milos Kerkez, and may pursue defender Marc Guehi and striker Hugo Etikike, facing potential competition from Newcastle.

Arsenal signed Martin Zubimendi and Christian Norgaard, with Noni Madueke potentially joining from Chelsea. Crucially, Arsenal agreed a deal worth £55m upfront plus £8.6m in add-ons (£63.6m total) to sign striker Viktor Gyokeres on a five-year deal, facilitated by the player's agent waiving his fee percentage after Sporting reduced their initial £70m+ demand.
