The FIBA Asia Cup 2025, the 31st edition of Asia and Oceania's top men's continental basketball championship, will be held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia from August 5th to 17th. Defending champions Australia are among the 16 participating teams.

The tournament begins with a group stage where the 16 teams are divided into four groups of four. The winner of each group automatically advances to the quarter-finals. Teams finishing second and third in each group will then compete in playoffs to secure the remaining quarter-final spots.

Following the group stage and playoffs, the competition transitions to a knockout format. Teams losing in each round are eliminated until only two teams remain to contest the final. All times for the matches are local (UTC+3), although specific tip-off times are still to be determined.
