Legendary Serbian point guard Milos Teodosic has announced his retirement from basketball at the age of 38.
Teodosic, regarded as one of basketball's greatest passers, began his professional career in 2004. He played for clubs including Olympiacos Piraeus, CSKA Moscow, the Los Angeles Clippers, Virtus Bologna, and most recently Crvena Zvezda, where he spent his final two seasons.
During his 21-year career, Teodosic achieved numerous accolades: winning the EuroLeague championship in 2016, being named EuroLeague MVP in 2010, and earning silver medals with Serbia at the Olympics, FIBA World Cup, and EuroBasket. He was also selected to the EuroLeague All-Decade Team and won multiple domestic titles in Serbia, Greece, Italy, and Russia.
Teodosic released a retirement statement addressed to "Dear friends, respected basketball fans and connoisseurs," marking the conclusion of his illustrious career.
