Smith wins WSL Goal of the Month for September

Olivia Smith has been awarded the Barclays Women’s Super League Goal of the Month for September for her outstanding strike against London City Lionesses. The goal, scored on the opening day of the season, marked her first as a summer signing for her club and set the tone for a successful match.

Smith's remarkable effort began 35 yards from goal, where she evaded a defender before unleashing a powerful right-footed shot from 25 yards that beat the opposing goalkeeper, Elene Lete.
