Updated return timelines for injured Ravens

The Baltimore Ravens are expecting improved health after their Week 7 bye, with quarterback Lamar Jackson and linebacker Roquan Smith both anticipated to return in Week 8.

Outside linebacker Tavius Robinson suffered a broken foot in Week 7, leading to a projected six- to eight-week recovery. He is likely to be placed on injured reserve, sidelining him until at least Week 12, with a potential return to practice ahead of Week 13. Despite increased playing time, Robinson has not consistently impacted pass rushing or run defense, and the team must find ways to replace his contributions.

Outside linebacker Adisa Isaac dislocated his elbow in the preseason, requiring surgery and a stint on injured reserve. Eligible to return in Week 5, he is now expected back in mid- to late November. As a 2024 third-round pick with limited experience, Isaac is not anticipated to assume a major role immediately upon return, but the Ravens hope he can contribute to their pass rush.

Fullback Patrick Ricard has been managing a calf injury that initially caused a two- to three-week absence but was delayed by a setback. He has returned to practice but is not yet game-ready, as he focuses on rebuilding strength and comfort. Coach John Harbaugh indicated Ricard's return depends on his readiness, with expectations he will be available after the bye to support the run game.
