The U.S. Men's Cerebral Palsy National Team won the 2025 IFCPF Copa América title by defeating Argentina 4-1 in the final held in Punta del Este, Uruguay. This victory marked the team's first major trophy in the modern IFCPF era and its second regional championship in 33 years.
The championship match was a rematch of a recent 1-1 group stage draw, with the USA advancing after a 6-0 semifinal win over Canada, while Argentina upset Brazil 2-0. The USA dominated early play, with Jonah Meyer-Crothers and Josh Brunais creating early chances, but Argentina countered with threats from Germán Romussi and Rodrigo Lugrin, requiring a diving save from U.S. goalkeeper Estrella.
Just before halftime, Jacob Crumbley scored with a low shot to give the USA a 1-0 lead. After the break, Argentina equalized quickly through Mariano Morana, but Meyer-Crothers restored the U.S. lead in the 43rd minute with a powerful left-footed strike. The USA sealed the win with two late goals: John Sullivan scored in stoppage time, and Meyer-Crothers added his second on the final kick of the tournament.
