Pacers’ Tyrese Haliburton catches WNBA All-Star game in Indianapolis

Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton attended the 2025 WNBA All-Star Game at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, despite wearing a boot for his torn Achilles tendon suffered during the NBA Finals. As a dedicated Indiana Fever supporter and close friend of Caitlin Clark, Haliburton watched from his suite even though Clark was sidelined with a groin injury. He will miss the entire 2025-2026 NBA season but continues to engage socially and support the Fever.

Haliburton's teammate Bennedict Mathurin also attended, sitting courtside alongside WNBA legends. The Pacers organization received praise for consistently supporting their WNBA counterparts, fostering admiration from fans of both leagues for their collaborative spirit.

Caitlin Clark, though injured, served as a coach after being elected an All-Star captain for the second consecutive year—setting another voting record. Her Team Clark faced Team Collier in the league's debut captain-vs-captain format.

Team Collier defeated Team Clark 151-131. Captain Napheesa Collier earned MVP honors with 36 points and 9 rebounds in just 19 minutes. Seattle Storm guard Skylar Diggins-Smith made history with the first All-Star triple-double (11 points, 11 rebounds, 15 assists), setting a new assists record.

Despite missing Clark and Satou Sabally, Team Clark had eight double-digit scorers, including all six bench players. Kelsey Mitchell started in Clark's place, leading the team with 20 points, while Kiki Iriafen and Kayla Thornton each recorded double-doubles off the bench.
